BLCUG-1 CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND. v ORDINANCE NO. 5055 -69 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND HERSEY - SPARLING METER COMPANY, DEDHAM, MASSACHUSETTS, FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN ASSORTMENT OF WATER METERS FOR USE FROM FEBRUARY 7, 1969 TO FEBRUARY 7, 1970 IN THE AMOUNT OF �40, AS AMENDED.
