Mark, who Celebrate the Annual St. <br /> formerly served as City Controller, will lead the administration in my absence, as Patricles Day Parade on <br /> provided by state law. On his watch, residents can expect the same dedicated and Saturday, March 15. <br /> efficient service from city government as always, and the administration will <br /> continue its process of continuous improvement. Events start with an <br /> annual 9:00 a.m. Celtic <br /> music Mass <br /> Before deploying, I'll deliver the State of City address at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, at historic <br /> February 12 at Century Center's Bendix Theater. All South Bend residents are Saint Patrick Church. <br /> encouraged to attend, and I hope to see you there. I will report on the City's <br /> achievements in 2013 and outline our priorities for the year ahead. The address Parade steps off <br /> will include initiatives to continue to reduce violence, strengthen neighborhoods, at 11:00 a.m. <br /> create more jobs, and make government more efficient. A reception will follow along <br /> the speech.
