<br />NUMBER 4608 -63 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE MUNICIPAL
<br />CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS
<br />AMENDED
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON'COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
<br />BEND, INDIANA THAT:
<br />Section 1.
<br />Chapter 40 of Ordinance Number 3608 -63 adopted by the
<br />Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the
<br />14th day of October, 1963, and commonly known as the
<br />Municipal Code of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is
<br />hereby amended as follows, to wit:
<br />The zoning of the following described real estate,
<br />which real estate was recently annexed to the City, shall
<br />be "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District:
<br />Part of the Northwest Quarter aAd,the Southwest Quarter
<br />of Section 310 Township 37 North, Range 3 East, more
<br />particularly described as follows:
