An Ordinance affecting a tract of land 129'6" by 85'10" on the North side of Ohio <br />Street beginning 733' East of Michigan Street in the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />An <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4997 -68 <br />n <br />Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, that: <br />Section 1- Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code of South Bend, Indiana <br />(South Bend City Zoning Ordinance No. 4990) be, and the same is hereby amended, <br />supplemented and changed in Section 40 -14 and Section 40 -24 thereof to provide <br />that the following described real estate located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />to wit: <br />Lots Numbered 5 and 6 as shown on the recorded plat <br />of Adam S. Baker's First Addition to the City of South <br />Bend, together with an alley approximately 14' in width <br />running North and South and adjacent to the East line of <br />Lot Numbered 6 as shown on the recorded plat of Adam <br />S. Baker's First Addition to the City of South Bend, in <br />St. Joseph County, Indiana. <br />be and the same hereby is changed in its Use District regulation classification from <br />"B" Residential District to "D" Light Industrial District, and from "B "Height and <br />Area District to "E" Height and Area District subject to and in accordance with the <br />site development plan as submitted with the petition to amend, as filed by Ruth <br />Lonstrom, Stella Hunt, Hildegarde Warsko, Gladys M.
