ORDINANCE NO. yaG -(k AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 40 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND INDIANA, 1962, AS AMENDED, ALSO KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS AMENDED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY':OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA THAT: Section 1: Section 40 of the Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, 1962 as amended, also known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby amended as follows, to wit: A. The following described real estate situated in the City of South Bend, Indiana shall be rezoned from "C -1" Commercial Use and "D" Height and Area District to "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District: A tract of land approximately 65 feet east and west and 120 feet north and south taken off of and from the southeast quarter of Lot 1025 LaSalle Park 2nd Addition. B. The following described real estate situated in the City of South Bend, Indiana shall be rezoned from "C" Commercial Use and "D" Height and Area District to "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District: All of the south 112 of Lot 1034, the south 120 feet of Lot 1047, the north 124 feet of Lot 1033, the north 124 feet of Lot 1048, the north 124 feet of Lot 1053 and the south 60 feet of Lot 1076 in LaSalle Park 2nd Add- ition and also the north 105 feet of Russel's Subdivision of Lot 1068 in LaSalle Park 2nd Plat and all of Lot 615 Summit Place 3rd Addition.
