Page 28 <br />(1) In the "A ", "B", "C", AND "D" Height and Area <br />Districts, sun - parlors may be built not more than eight <br />(8) feet in front of the building line, and not ex- <br />ceeding seventeen (17) feet or two stories in height <br />provided the enclosing walls have a total width or <br />window sash of seventy -five (75) per cent of the girth <br />measurement of the outside walls with average sash <br />height of windows equal to fifth (50) per cent of room <br />height and have no interior partitions. All glazing <br />shall be done with clear glass only. <br />(m) In the "A ", "B ", AND "C" Height and Area Dis- <br />tricts the required set back from side streets on corner <br />lots shall not be greater than twenty -five percentum of <br />the width of the lot. <br />(n) In the "D ", "E", "F", and "G" Height and Area <br />Districts no side ,yard will be required on the side of <br />lot which borders a public alley. <br />(o) In all height and area districts, a solid <br />fence or wall not more than six (6) feet in height, a <br />fence or wall composed of at least thirty (30) per cent <br />open space to permit the unobstructed passage of air and <br />light through such space and not more than eight (8) feet <br />in height, or a hedge or other planting barrier not more <br />than eight (8) feet in height may be erected in the re- <br />quired side and rear yards; but in no case shall any <br />fence, wall, hedge, structure or other barrier greater <br />than three (3) feet in height be erected between the <br />street lot line and any set back line required by this <br />Ordinance unless such fence, wall, hedge, structure or <br />other barrier be composed of at least seventy -five (75) <br />per cent open space to permit the unobstructed passage <br />of light, air or vision through such space, in which <br />case height shall not exceed eight (8) feet. <br />SECTION "17 -0 <br />- The provisions of this ordinance regulating the use <br />and height and area of lands, building and occupancies <br />shall not apply to lands, buildings and occupancies <br />which are publicly owned, or to parochial schools. <br />The exclusion does not apply to lands, building or <br />occupancies purchased or constructed for public housing <br />under Federal, State or Local grants to be available for <br />use or occupancy as personal housing or dwelling. <br />
