Page 7 <br />(9) Principal offices of attorneys, architects, <br />accountants, realtors, engineers and insurance <br />agents, provided no name plateexceeding one <br />square foot in area is used or exhibited. <br />However, except in cases where the subject pronerty has <br />been rezoned under the provisions of Section 40 -8 (Section 23) <br />of this ordinance, such use(s) shall only be permitted if so <br />authorized by the Board of Zoning Anneals as specified in <br />Article IV (Section 18) of this ordinance. A netition filed <br />before the Board under the provisions of this nara^raoh (9) <br />shall include a development nlan for the nronerty showing its <br />location, site improvements, traffic circulation pattern, and <br />any other essential improvements contemplated.
