Page 6B <br />SECTION 4 <br />"B" Residence District <br />In the "B" Residence District no building or premises <br />shall be used and no building shall be erected, moved, <br />structurally altered, or enlarged, which is intended or <br />designed to be used in whole or in part other than for one <br />or more of the following specified uses: <br />(1) Any use permitted in the "A -1" Residence <br />District <br />(2) Anartment houses, boardinfT and lodging houses, <br />and tourist homes <br />(3) Institutions of an educational, philanthropic <br />or elemosynary nature. <br />(4) Nursing homes, public or private clinics, <br />principal offices of physicians or dentist, <br />provided no name plate exceeding one square <br />foot in area is used. <br />(5) Private clubs, lodges, fraternity and sorority <br />houses, social and recreational center buildings, <br />extent those whose chief activity is a service <br />customarily carried on as a business. <br />(6) Customary agricultural uses, extent farms <br />operated for the disoosal of refuse, garbage, <br />offal, fur, and stock farms. <br />(7) Accessory buildings customarily incidental to <br />any of the above uses when located on the same <br />lot. <br />(8) No tractor - trailer combination vehicle or <br />detached trailer in excess of two tons capacity <br />may be parked upon any land or premises in a <br />"B" Residence District. <br />
