u <br />An Ordinance affecting a tract of land 120 feet by 165 feet on the <br />West side of North Michigan Street beginning 60 feet North of the <br />intersection of Michigan and Bartlett Streets in the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4999 -68 <br />An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing <br />Chapter 0 of the Municipal Code <br />of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, that: <br />Section 1 - Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code of South Bend, <br />Indiana (South Bend City Zoning Ordinance No. 3702) be, and the same <br />is hereby amended, supplemented, and changed in Section 40 -14 (Section <br />2 of Ordinance No. 3702), and Section 40 -24 (Section 9 of Ordinance <br />No. 3702) thereof to provide that the following described real estate <br />located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: <br />Lots Numbered 17 and 18 in Bartlett's <br />First Addition to the City of South <br />Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana. <br />be and the same hereby is changed in its Use District regulation <br />classification from 11C -1" Commercial District to "C" Commercial <br />District, and from "B" Height and Area District to "F" Height and <br />Area District, subject to, and in accordance with the site develop- <br />ment plan as submitted with the petition to amend, as filed by Carl <br />and Lois Kuespert, Nicholas and Dema Simeri, and Patrick and Josephine <br />Simeri. <br />FILED IN CLERK'S OFFICE <br />KATHRYN L.
