The purpose of this ordinance is to establish the property located at 2520 Mishawaka <br />Avenue as an Historic Landmark. The described real estate is the west 79 feet of lots 120 and <br />121 of the Horne and Dunn's first subdivision of River Park, South Bend, Indiana. <br />At its Public Hearing held on December 17, 2001, the Historic Preservation Commission <br />recommended designation of this property to the Common Council.
