ORDINANCE NO. 5001 -68 <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL <br />APPROPRIATION TO ACCOUNT U -215, <br />"SERVICES CONTRACTUAL" IN THE <br />RtIOUNT OF $4,000.00 AND THE TRANS- <br />FER OF SAID SUTA FRM /1 ACCOUNT U -11, <br />"SERVICES PERSONAL" IN THE T7UNICI- <br />PAL SERVICES FACILITY, ALL BEING <br />WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the <br />ption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropria <br />e money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions <br />city government to meet such extraordinary conditions; and, <br />VIHEREAS, due to the uneconomical car wash operation at the City Gar . <br />tional funds are needed by the Municipal Services Facility for having City <br />cles washed by a commercial car washing concern, thereby assuring the depa <br />Is ability to properly perform its functions. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CONAON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />SECTION I.
