COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />Ms. Jones asked to add an item to New Business. There was no objection and the item 6.B.1(a) was <br />added. <br />A. South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) Ratification of Certificate of Completion signed by Scott Ford (Harmon Glass, SW <br />Western and William) <br />Mr. Relos noted that this project has been completed as agreed in the development <br />agreement and, therefore, qualifies for a Certificate of Completion to release the owner from <br />further obligation. Scott Ford signed the Certificate of Completion and that action now <br />needs to be ratified by the Commission. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. Inks and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission ratified the Certificate of Completion signed by Scott Ford (Harmon Glass, SW <br />Western and William). <br />
