The site and structure fulfills criteria #1 as an excellent example of the Queen Anne style <br />of architecture, which was very popular in this area during the late 1800s and early <br />1900s. The structure is rated an S/11 in the Indiana Historic Sites and Structures <br />Inventory. <br />The site and structure fulfills criteria #2 by the integrity of its original construction with <br />virtually no changes.
