SECTION II. The City of South Bend hereby reserves the rights and easements of all <br />utilities and the Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana, to construct and maintain any facilities, <br />including, but not limited to, the following: electric, telephone, gas, water, sewer, surface water <br />control structures and ditches, within the vacated right-of--way, unless such rights are released by <br />the individual utilities. <br />SECTION III. The following property maybe injuriously or beneficially affected by <br />such vacating: <br />18-2006-0061.01; New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church <br />18-2006-0061.02; City of South Bend, IN <br />18-2006-0061.03; City of South Bend, IN <br />18-2006-0061.04; City of South Bend, IN <br />18-2006-0061; Housing Development Corporation <br />18-2006-0060.04; Barbara Logan <br />18-2006-0060.05; Inez Douglas <br />SECTION IV. The purpose of the vacation of the real property is to provide a means to <br />consolidate property; remove an alley that is not developed and used as access to any adjacent <br />property; and to help provide a means to put adjacent properties to productive use. <br />SECTION V.
