HEALTH & PUBLIC SAFETY JANUARY 13, 2014 4:00 P.M. <br />Committee Members Present: Derek Dieter, Dr. Fred Ferlic, Henry Davis, Tim Scott <br />Citizen Members Present: Vacant <br />Other Council Present: Valerie Schey, Dr. David Varner, Gavin Ferlic, Karen White, <br />Oliver Davis <br />Others Present: John Murphy, Cristal Brisco, Kathryn Roos, Murray Miller, <br />Brian Pawlowski <br />Agenda: Bill 69 -13 Amend Code /Reporting for Scrap Dealers <br />Chairman Derek Dieter with full Health and Public Safety Committee present opened and promptly <br />closed the hearing on bill 69 -13, stating it was to be continued until the next meeting on January 27t' <br />This bill is being drafted to update scrap licensed dealers reporting requirements adding an electronic <br />component. Derek said the implementation of the reporting protocol was a work in progress. <br />The motion to continue was made by Tim Scott, seconded by Dr. Ferlic and affirmed by all. <br />Derek Dieter adjourned the meeting at 4:02 P.M. <br />R.espectfully Submitted, <br />Derek Dieter, Chairperson <br />Health & Public Safety <br />
