Sale of 3 parcels of real estate ORDINANCE N0, 5019 -68 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF THREE PARCELS OF REAL ESTATE LOCATED IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND OWNED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA ,_ . WHEREAS, the Municipal City of South Bend is the owner of the three hereinafter described parcels of real estate located in the City of South Bend, St, Joseph County, Indiana, and WHEREAS, the said parcels of real estate herein described are conducive to no public use by the Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana, and in the best interests of said City should be sold, NON, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I.
