BLOUGH <br />CITY CLERK, SOUTH BEND, IND. <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION TO <br />ACCOUNT MVH -43, "REPAIR PARTS" IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$9,000 AND THE TRANSFER OF SAID SUM FROM THE <br />FOLLOWING ACCOUNTS: ACCOUNT MVH -11, "SERVICES <br />PERSONAL" $4,200; ACCOUNT MVH -422, "SALT" <br />$2,800 AND ACCOUNT MVH- 722, "MOTOR EQUIPMENT" <br />$2,000 AND ALL ACCOUNTS BEING IN THE MOTOR <br />VEHICLE HIGHWAY FUND. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed <br />since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is <br />now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the <br />annual budget for the various functions of city government to meet <br />such extraordinary conditions; and, <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Street Depart- <br />ment to assure the department's ability to properly perform its <br />functions. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $4,200 be transferred from <br />Account MVH -117"Services Personal ", and transferred and <br />appropriated to Account MVH -43, "Repair Parts" both accounts <br />being within the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund. <br />SECTION II. That the sum of $2,800 be transferred from <br />Account MVH -422, "Salt ", and transferred and appropriated to <br />Account MVH -43 "Repair Parts" both accounts being within the <br />Motor Vehicle Highway Fund. <br />SECTION III. That the sum of $2,000 be transferred from <br />Account MVH -722, "Motor Equipment ", and transferred and <br />appropriated to Account MVH -43, "Repair Parts" both accounts <br />being within the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund. <br />SECTION IV. This Ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its <br />approval by the Mayor, legal publication and the fulfillment of <br />all statutory requirements of emergency appropriations. <br />�Qe� ( ,(L <br />Member of the Common Council <br />
