Transfer of Building Department <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5027 -68 <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION <br />TO ACCOUNT Iv -252, "REPAIRS OF EQUIRvENT" IN <br />THE ATMOUNT OF $150.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF SAID <br />SUM FRG,. ACCOUNT 1,4 -722, "MOTOR EQUIPP.I;NT" IN <br />THE BUILDING DEPARTIMMT, ALL BEING WITHIN THE <br />GENERAL FUND. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since <br />the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to <br />appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the <br />various functions of city government to meet such extraordinary conditions; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the South Bend Building <br />Department for repairs to office equipment, to assure the department's <br />ability to properly perform its functions. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COLIM COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $150.00 be transferred from Account <br />M -722, "P + -otor Equipment ", and transferred and appropriated to Account M -252, <br />"Repairs of Equipment ", both accounts being within the General Fund. <br />SECTION II.
