Location: St. Joseph River/ <br />& Angela Blvd. Bridge <br />Ordinance Affecting the Zoning on an Unrecorded Tract of Land <br />Lying Between the East Bank of the St. Joseph River, and the <br />Michigan Central Railroad Right of Way, beginning approximately <br />200 feet North of the Angela Bridge, in the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5070 -69 <br />An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing <br />Ordinance 4990 -' <br />(Chapter 40 of Municipal Code) <br />Of The City of South Bend, Indiana <br />Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana that: <br />Section 1 - Section 2 of Ordinance 4990 (Chapter 40 -14 <br />of the Municipal Code) of South Bend (formerly Zoning Ordinance <br />3702) be and the same is hereby amended, supplemented, and changed <br />to provide that the following described real estate located in the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the East <br />edge of the St. Joseph River, and the South <br />line of Section 35, Township 38 North, Range <br />2 East, said South line being also the North <br />right of way line of the Michigan Central <br />Railroad, thence Northerly and Easterly along <br />said East edge of the St. Joseph River to a <br />point that is 200 feet North of said South <br />line of Section 35; thence East, parallel to <br />said South line of Section 35 to a point on <br />the West right of way line of the Michigan <br />Central Railroad; thence Southerly and Westerly <br />along said right of way line to the point of <br />beginning. <br />be and the same is hereby changed from its Use District Regulation <br />classification of "A" Residence District to "B" Residential District, <br />subject to the site development plan as submitted with the petition <br />to amend the zoning ordinance as filed by Whitcomb and Keller, Inc. <br />Section 2 - Section 9 of the said Ordinance 4990 (Ch. <br />40 -24 Mun. Code) of South Bend (formerly Ordinance 3702) be and the <br />same is hereby amended, supplemented and changed to provide that <br />the above described real estate be, and the same hereby is changed <br />in its Height and Area District regulation classification from "A" <br />Height and Area District to "B" Height and Area District, subject <br />
