3516 East Jefferson Blvd. <br />Alex Cholis, Attorney <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5123 -69 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA - 1962, SECTION 40 <br />AS AMENDED AND GENERAL ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -682 <br />AND THE ACCOMPANYING MAP THERETO, GENERALLY KNOWN <br />AS THE SOUTH BEND ZONING ORDINANCE BY CHANGING <br />THE CLASSIFICATION OF THE USE DISTRICT FOR A <br />CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Sec t io n'1. <br />The municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, 1962, <br />and General Ordinance No. 4990 -68 and the accompanying map or <br />maps thereto, as amended, are further amended insofar as the <br />same relates to that certain parcel of land situated in the <br />City of South Bend, and known and designated as: <br />Lots Numbered 2, 35 4, and the North half <br />of Lots Numbered 8 and 9 as shown on the <br />recorded Plat of Fernwood Addition to the <br />City of South Bend; <br />by changing the classification of the "Use District" from "A" <br />Residential District to "B" Residential District, and subject <br />to the site development plan approved and adopted as part of <br />this Ordinance. <br />Section 2. <br />This ordinance shall be in full <br />after its passage by the Common <br />Mayor and legal publication. <br />force and effect from and <br />Council, approval by the <br />ember of the Common Council <br />MED IN CLERK'S OFFI'- <br />1st & 2nd READING 8 -11 -69 AUG 71969 <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE 9 -22 -69 <br />PUBLIC HEARING 9 -22 -69 KATHRYN L.
