ZONING & ANNEXATION COMMITTEE <br />JULY 28, 2008 <br />Committee Members Present: Councilmember's AI "Buddy" Kirsits, Chairperson; Thomas <br />LaFountain; David Varner <br />Councilmember's Present: Ann Puzzello, Karen L. White, Timothy Rouse, Derek Dieter, Henry <br />Davis <br />Others Present: Rita Kopala, Martha Lewis, Jaime Loo, Michael Danch, Kathleen Cekanski- <br />Farrand, John Voorde <br />Chairperson Kirsits called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m. <br />BILL N0.24-08 REZONING ORANGESAFT, LLC <br />Councilmember Varner made a motion to accept the substitute version of this bill. <br />Councilmember LaFountain seconded the motion which carried. <br />Michael Danch, President, Danch, Harner & Associates stated that there will be written <br />commitments for no outside storage or processing of autos. <br />Councilmember Varner asked if there would be any shredding. <br />Mr. Danch stated no. <br />Councilmember Puzzello asked if the commitments will be in writing. <br />Mr. Danch stated that they will go back to the Area Plan Commission and then come back to the <br />Council. <br />Councilmember LaFountain made a motion to recommend this bill to full Council favorably <br />subject to the written commitments.
