ORDINANCE NO. 5118 -69 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, IDE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS <br />STILL EFFECTIVE, AND THE <br />INDIANA, SECTIONS 40 -1 TO <br />THE EXTENT IT <br />3 acres <br />Lombardy Dr.. Villageway <br />and Western Streets <br />(Lou Ann Super .MarkOst) <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />ATIFIED AS ORDINANCE NO. 4990, <br />AMENDED, TO THE EXTENT IT IS <br />MUNICIPAL CODE OF SOUTH BEND, <br />SECTIONS 4o -43, AS AMENDED, TO <br />IS STILL EFFECTIVE <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the following described real estate in the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: <br />A part of Block Lettered "A" as shown on the recorded <br />Plat of Garden Village 3rd Unit, an addition to the <br />City of South Bend, more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Block "A ", <br />thence East along the South line of Block "A" and <br />Block "F ", a distance of 831.55 feet to the South- <br />easterly corner of lot 523 as shown on the recorded <br />plat of Part of Block "F" in Garden Village 2nd Unit <br />and Part of Block "A" in Garden Village 3rd Unit, an <br />Addition to the City of South Bend; thence North- <br />westerly along the Westerly line of said plat, a <br />distance of 199.86 feet to a point on said Westerly <br />line; thence Northwesterly along said Westerly line <br />of said plat, a distance of 125.09 feet to a point <br />on a line 210 feet North and parallel with said <br />South line of Block "A; thence West along said line <br />parallel with the South line of Block "An; 583.93 <br />feet to the East line of Lombardy Drive; thence South <br />along said East line of Lombardy Drive, 210 feet to <br />the place of beginning, <br />and also <br />A part of Block Lettered "F" as shown on the recorded <br />plat of Garden Village 2nd Unit, an Addition to the <br />City of South Bend, more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Block "F "; <br />thence Northwesterly along the Westerly line of <br />Villageway, 66.21 feet; thence Southwesterly per- <br />pendicular to said Westerly line of Villageway, 56.53 <br />feet to the South line of said Block lettered "F"; <br />thence East along said South line of Block lettered <br />"F", 87.06 feet to the place of beginning. <br />be and the same'is hereby zoned "C" Commercial Use and "E" Height and <br />
