ORDINANCE NO. 5115 -69 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY TO THE MUNICIPAL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA* WHICH IS GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS THE IRELAND -- IRONWOOD ANNEXATION. Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana that: Section 1 - The following described land, lying adjacent to and forming a contiguous boundary with the present City Limits of the Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana, more particularly described as: Beginning at a point on the east and west center- line of the north one -half (1/2) of Section 29, T37N, R3E, 180 feet east of the west side of said Section 29, said point being on the proposed city limits of the City of South Bend, Indiana as designated by Ordinance No. 5009 -68; thence east following the aforesaid one -half section centerline a distance of 4770 feet more or less to a point on a line 330 feet west of and parallel to the east line of Section 29, T37N, R3E (Hickory Road); thence south following the aforesaid line 330 feet west of the east line of Section 29 (Hickory Road) a distance of 4160 feet more or less to a point on an east and west line 200 feet south of and parallel to the south line of Section 29, T37N, R3E (Jackson Road); thence west following the aforesaid line 200 feet south of Jackson Road a distance of 4760 feet more or less to a point on the proposed city limits as designated by Ordinance No. 5010 -68; thence north 230 feet more or less along the proposed city limits to the north right -of -way line of Jackson Road; thence west 230 feet more or less along the proposed city limits to the west right -of -way line of Ironwood Road, said point being on the existing city limits; thence
