IUNICIPAL SERVICES APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE N0, 5112 -69 AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION TO ACCOUNT U -324, "OTHER GARAGE AND MOTOR SUPPLIES" IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,000.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF SAID SUM FROM ACCOUNT U -221, "ELEC- TRIC CURRENT ", IN THE MUNICIPAL SERVICES DEPART- MENT, ALL BEING WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of city government to meet such extraordinary conditions, and 11MRFM, additional funds are needed by the Municipal Services Department to provide funds for garage and motor supplies and to assure that department's ability to properly perform its functions, and WHEREAS, a surplus exists in another account where it is not presently needed; and more specifically as follows, to -Writ; $5,000.00 in account U -221, "Electric Current ". NO7, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That the sum of $5,000.00 be transferred from Account U -221, "Electric Current ", and transferred and appropriated to Account U -324, "Other Garage and Motor Supplies ", both accounts being within the General Fund. SECTION II.
