Qx Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana that: Section 1 - Ordinance 4990 - Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code (formerly Zoning Ordinance 3702) of the City of South Bend, Indiana be and the same is hereby amended, supplemented, and changed, to provide that the following described real estate located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: Beginning at a point on the East bank of the St. Joseph River, which point is 200 feet North of the South line of Section 35, Township 38 North, Range 2 East, said point being on the present City Limits of the City of South Bend, Indiana; thence Northerly and Easterly along ON the bank of the said St. Joseph River, being the �D City Limits of the City of South Bend, to a point I rn that is 1,850 feet North of the South line of 'A ion the said Section 35; thence East, parallel to Rio N11 said South line of Section 35 to a point on the N West right -of -way line of the Michigan Central Railroad; thence Southerly and Westerly along o � N said right -of -way line to a point 200 feet North CV w o c �4 of the South line of said Section 35, said point w 2= a being on the present City Limits of the City of c8 G 8 South Bend; thence Westerly on a line 200 feet cam m North of the South line of said Section 35 along C) a d said City Limits to the place of beginning. be and the same hereby is zoned to "B" Residential in its Use District Regulation classification and "B" Height and Area in its Height and Area District classification, all subject to the site development p+ett plan attached to and hereby made a part of this ordinance.
