ORDINANCE NO. 5092 -69 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF <br />$392400.00 FROM THE CUMULATIVEnBUILDING Sewer <br />AND SINKING FUND FOR ENG NEERING <br />SERVICES , AS AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, funds are needed for engineering services in the <br />matter of drainage studies to be conducted by private engineering <br />firms, and <br />Sewer <br />WHEREAS, a Cumulative^ Building and Sinking Fund has been <br />established. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $39,400.00 be appropriated from <br />Sewer the Cumulative.10uilding and Sinking Fund to provide for engineering <br />services from the firms and in the amounts as set forth below: <br />Clyde E. Williams & Associates $19,400.00 <br />Chas, W Cole & Son 12,500.00 <br />Engineering Planning Services, Inc. 7,500-00 <br />TOTAL $39,400.00 <br />SECTION II.
