ORDINANCE NO. 5083-69 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25 Section 61 OF THE SOUTH <br />BEND MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO OVERTIME PARKING.AS AMENDED. <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, that Chapter 25, Section 61 of the South Bend <br />Municipal Code (being Chapter 29, #60 of the 1949 Code) be amended <br />to read as follows: <br />1 -A <br />Sec. - It shall be unlawful for any person to cause, allow, w o <br />permit or suffer any vehicle registered in the name of or operated rrX a <br />P- N- N <br />n�$ro <br />by such person to be parked: 04 0 <br />P) b' r- <br />(1) 'R. Beyond the period of legal parking time established n 4 w <br />for any parking zone established by ordinance; w o w <br />(2) �4. Beyond the period of legal parking time established x <br />for any parking meter zone as herein described ^..
