Ewina Ave. on the South, Railroad Tracks on the North, <br />Roland Kelly and New Energy Drive on the West. <br />Third District <br />Karl King Dear Council Members: <br />Fourth District <br />David Varner The Common Council has initiated a rezoning of 209 properties located <br />Fifth District in the Homeland neighborhood between Olive Street on the east, Ewing <br /> Avenue on the south, Railroad Tracks on the north, and New Energy <br />Andrew Ujdak <br />~ Drive on the west. The main purpose of this rezoning is to bring <br />Sixth District properties within the specified boundaries into conformance with the <br />Sean Coleman existing Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend and to create <br />At Large conditions for orderly residential development in the area. <br />Al "Buddy' Kirsits As the member of the Common Council representing 6th District, I <br />At Large encourage you to support this rezoning request. <br />Karen L.
