NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br /> Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br /> SECTION I: That Common Council Ordinance No. 9824-08, dated January 28, 2008, <br /> and Common Council Ordinance No. 10077-11, dated March 28, 2011 are hereby <br /> amended to incorporate the attached loan amortization schedules from Major Moves <br /> Fund 412 to the Northeast Residential TIE Fund 436 to reflect final costs paid by Major <br /> Moves Fund 412 in connection with the Eddy Street Commons and Triangle <br /> Development projects. The revised semi-annual payment amounts are stated above. <br /> SECTION II.
