Assets <br />Assets are the physical, institutional, and social places and events in the neighborhood —the things that contribute to making the neighborhood a <br />good place to live, work, and play. <br />There are a number of assets that are not places or events, which define the relationships in the neighborhood and what it means to be a <br />neighbor.
