The City is engaged in the <br />collective bargaining process at this time, but expects and hopes to have a fully negotiated <br />collective bargaining agreement approved by the City's Teamster employees by the deadline <br />required by Indiana law for fixing compensation of all City employees in 2014. I will then <br />provide Council members with a substitute version of this ordinance. <br />I will present this Ordinance at the Council's Personnel & Finance Committee meeting <br />and at the public hearing.
