Listing of property key numbers and street addresses for parcels seeking abatement <br />4. Verification of the number of years granted by the tax abatement and the <br />month/year final action was taken by the SB Common Council <br />5. Confirmation of the abatements maximum dollar value and a statement that the <br />assessed value of the land is not abated <br />6. Verification of the developers duties with regard to the statement of benefits form <br />(SB -1) <br />Verification of the proposed property owners duties with regard to form 322/re <br />which must be completed and filed by the owner and builder after completion of the <br />home and prior to occupancy. <br />8.
