Under Indiana law, I.C. <br />36- 4- 7 -2(c), the Mayor's salary may not be reduced from the prior year's amount. This <br />ordinance maintains the Mayor's 2014 salary at the 2013 rate. <br />I will present this Ordinance at the Council's Personnel & Finance Committee meeting <br />and at the public hearing.
