The Petitioner, Near Northwest <br />Neighborhood, Inc. proposed to construct a multi - family development with hard costs of <br />$8,500,000. On October 8, 2013 the petitioner submitted a revised estimate. They now will just <br />develop the Ford site buildings but will not develop the adjacent vacant land. The project will have <br />hard costs of $6,400,000. This will be a 42 unit project. Revised schedules showing the taxes abated <br />and taxes paid for 3, 4, 5, or 6 years are attached for your review.
