ORDINANCE NO. 5182-70 An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Ordinance 4990 - Chapter 40 of Municipal Code (Formerly Zoning Ordinance 3702). AS AMMENDED Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana that: Section 1 - Ordinance 4990 - Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code (formerly Zoning Ordinance 3702) of the City of South Bend, Indiana be and the same is hereby amended, supplemented, and changed, to provide that the following described real estate located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: The south one -half (112) of the northwest quarter (1/4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Thirty -seven (37) North, Range Three (3) East, being contiguous with the city limits of South Bend on the south and west side, containing Eighty (80) acres more or less. be and the same hereby is zoned to "A" Residential in its Use District Regulation classification and "A" height & Area in its Height and Area District classification.
