The property sought to be rezoned is located at <br />what is more commonly described as 3000 East McKinley <br />Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. <br />2. The property is owned by M. Dayne Bonta under certain <br />Trusts for Ralph and Wanda Williams. <br />3.
