The property sought to be rezoned is located at what is more commonly described as 3000 East McKinley Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. 2. The property is owned by M. Dayne Bonta under certain Trusts for Ralph and Wanda Williams. 3. A legal description of the nroperty is as follows: A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 37 North, Range 3 East of the Second Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, 1216.32 feet North (as measured along said West line) of the Southwest corner of said Quarter Section; thence North 000 391 5011 East along said West line a distance of 977.70 feet to a point; thence South 890 201 1011 East, a distance of 232.00 feet which is the point of beginning of this tract; thence North 000 391 50^ East a distance of 115.18 feet to a point; thence South 890 201 10° East a distance of 125.00 feet to a point; thence North 190 071 2511 East a distance of 79.06 feet to a point; thence South 000 391 5011 West, a distance of 190.18 feet; thence West approxi- mately 150 feet to the point of beginning.
