Seely, Jr. <br />801 Odd Fellows Building <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />PMPOSEP ORDINANCE N0. 5174 -70 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, IDENTIFIED AS ORDINANCE NO. 4990, <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS AMENDED, TO THE EXTENT IT IS <br />STILL EFFECTIVE, AND THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, SECTIONS 40 -1 TO SECTIONS 40 -43, AS AMENDED, <br />TO THE EXTENT IT IS STILL EFFECTIVE <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />SECTION I. That the following described real estate in the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: <br />A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township <br />37 North, Range 3 East of the Second Principal Meridian, <br />described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West <br />line of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, 1216.32 feet <br />North (as measured along said West line) of the South- <br />west corner of said Quarter Section; thence North 000 <br />391 5011 East along said West line a distance of 977.70 <br />feet to a point; thence South 890 201 101' East, a dis- <br />tance of 232.00 feet which is the point of beginning of <br />this tract; thence North 000 391 5011 East a distance of <br />115.18 feet to a point; thence South 890 201 10t1 East a <br />distance of 125.00 feet to a point; thence North 190 <br />071 25" East a distance of 79.06 feet to a point; thence <br />South 000 391 50" West, a distance of 190.18 feet; thence <br />West approximately 150 feet to the point of beginning. <br />be and the same is hereby zoned "B" Residential Use and "B" Height and Area <br />District, the same to conform with the site development plan submitted herein. <br />SECTION II.
