Miami Road ORDINANCE NO. 5172 -70 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (Chapter 40, Municipal Code), AS AMENDED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1: Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: Part of the Southeast Ouarter of Section 25, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of said Southeast Ouarter of Section 25, 556.45 feet South of the Northeast corner thereof; thence continuing South on said East line (being also the centerline of Miami Highway) a distance of 173.70 feet; thence West a distance of 420.00 feet to a point; thence North a distance of 173.73 feet to a point; thence East a distance of 420.00 feet to the point of beginning; said real estate con- taining approximately 1.675 acres, subject to legal highways. be and the same hereby is established as "C" Commercial District and an "A" Height and Area District, to conform with the site develop- ment plan attached and made a part hereto.
