ORDINANCE NO. 5139 -70 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING PARKING METER FEES AND FUNDS FOR THE YEAR 1970 TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE USES AND PURPOSES SET FORTH THEREIN, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 208 OF THE ACTS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF INDIANA OF 1965. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I.
