2. The Hazardous Liquid Pipeline Safety Act of 1979 (49 USC App. <br />2001, et seq.), or <br />3. Which is an intrastate pipeline facility regulated under State Laws <br />comparable to the provisions of the law referred to in paragraph <br />(d)(1) or (d)(2) of this definition; <br />(e) Surface impoundment, pit, pond or lagoon; <br />(f) Storm water or wastewater collection system; <br />(g) Flow-through process tank; <br />(h) Liquid trap or associated gathering lines directly related to oil or gas <br />production and gathering operations; or <br />(i) Storage tank situated in an underground area (such as a basement, cellar, <br />mineworking, drift, shaft, or tunnel) if the storage tank is situated upon or <br />above the surface of the floor. <br />The term "underground storage tank" or "UST" does not include any pipes connected to any <br />tank which is described in paragraphs (a) through (i) of this definition. <br />(26) USC. United States Code <br />(27) Wastewater. A combination of liquid and water-carried wastes from residence(s), <br />commercial building(s), industry(s), and/or institution(s), or any other facility <br />together with any groundwater, surface water or storm water that may be present. <br />(28) Wastewater Disposal System. All equipment and devices necessary for conveyance, <br />collection, storage, treatment and disposal of wastewater. <br />(29) Well. Any artificial excavation that derives water from the interstices of the rocks <br />or soil it penetrates. <br />(30) Wellhead Protection Area (WHPA). The surface and subsurface area, delineated by <br />fixed radius, hydro geological mapping, analytical, semi-analytical or numerical <br />flow/solute transport methods, or any other method approved by the Health Officer, <br />which contributes water to a public water system well or well field, and through <br />which contaminants are likely to move through and reach the well within a specified <br />period. <br />(31) Well Owner. The legal owner of the real estate containing the well site. <br />d. WATER RESOURCES ADVISORY BOARD. <br />(1) Composition. A WaterResources Advisory Board shall be established and appointed <br />by the County Board of Health as well as various governmental units.
