Property Owners, except for those <br />exempted in Section E(2)(a), containing one or more potential sources <br />of contamination within the WHPA shall obtain a WHPA Permit. <br />Utilities or local units of government with multiple facilities on several <br />properties may apply for a single permit for all or a portion of their facilities <br />in a single WHPA. Property owners on whose property such a facility exists <br />and is covered by this type of permit shall not be required to obtain a permit <br />-10- <br />
