4001 and 4015 South Main Street <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5169 -70 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4990 - CHAPTER 40 OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE (formerly Zoning Ordinance <br />No. 3702). <br />BE IT ENACTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, that: <br />Sectiob 1• <br />Ordinance No. 4990 - Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code, (formerly Zoning <br />Ordinance No. 3702) of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be. and the same is <br />hereby amended, supplemented and changed to provide that the following <br />described real estate located in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: <br />Part of the Northwest Quarter (4) of Section Twenty -five (25), Township <br />Thirty -seven (37) North, Range Two (2) East, described as beginning at <br />a point Seven Hundred Seventy and One -tenth (770.1) feet South of the <br />Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter (4) of said Section Twenty - <br />five (25), running thence South Fifty (50) feet, thence East to the West <br />line of Main Street, thence Northerly along the Westerly line of Main <br />Street Fifty (50) feet, more or less, to a point directly East of the <br />place of beginning, thence West to the place of beginning, in Saint <br />Joseph County, Indiana. <br />Also <br />Part of the Northwest Quarter (4) of Section Twenty -five (25), Township <br />Thirty -seven (37) North, Range Two (2) East, described as beginning at <br />a.point Eight Hundred Twenty and One -tenth ($20.1) feet South of the <br />Northwest corner of the Porthwest Quarter (4) of said Section Twenty - <br />five (25), running thence South Fifty (50) feet, thence East to the West <br />.line of Main Street, thence Northerly along the Westerly line of Main <br />Street Fifty (50) feet, more or less, to a point directly East of the <br />place of beginning, thence West to the place of beginning, in Saint <br />Joseph County, Indiana. <br />Also <br />Lot Numbered One Hundred Fifty -two (152) in Chippewa Heights Third <br />Addition, platted by Myers and Funk, and recorded in Plat Book 10, <br />pages 176 and 177, in the office of the Recorder of Saint Joseph <br />County, Indiana. <br />
