Ironwood Dr. <br />Marathon Oil Co. <br />NO. 5151 ==70 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 <br />ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, COMMONLY <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City <br />of South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 4990 adopted <br />by this Common Council more commonly known as the <br />Zoning Ordinance, be amended by the rezoning of a <br />certain parcel of land located in the City of South <br />Bend, County of St.Joseph, State of Indiana, known <br />and described as follows, towit: <br />"That part of Lot Numbered 65 as shown on <br />the recorded Plat of Jefferson Heights Addition <br />to the City of South Bend, Indiana, which part <br />is bounded and described as follows: Beginning <br />at a point 154 feet South of the Original North <br />East corner of said Lot No. 65; thence West 130.2 <br />feet to the East line of a public alley; thence <br />South on said East line of the public alley, a <br />distance of 48 feet; thence East 130.2 feet to the <br />West line of Ironwood Drive (which is the East <br />line of said Lot No. 65); thence North along the <br />said West line of Ironwood Drive, a distance of <br />48 feet to the place of beginning, and being known <br />as Lot Numbered 189 as shown on the Unrecorded <br />Plat of Jefferson Heights Second Addition to said <br />City of South Bend. <br />from "A" Residential Use and "B" Height and Area District to "C" <br />Commercial Use and "D" Height and Area District, and that said <br />Ordinance shall be in effect from and after its passage and legal <br />publication, subject to filed site development plan. <br />The above described tract is located on the West side of <br />Ironwood Drive, South Bend, Indiana, <br />wood Drive, South Bend, Indiana. <br />ist & 2: d READINA 1 -26 -70 <br />OF THE WHOLE <br />Pl,3 !S <br />1!7,.'T G 2 -9 -70 <br />2 -9 -70 <br />I :;T APPROVED <br />REFERRED <br />PASSED 2 -9 -70 <br />and is known as X30099 N.
