Northeast Corner of Ironwood <br />Drive & Colfax Avenue <br />Nicholas Cholis, Atty. <br />ORDINANCE NO, 5278 -71 <br />An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 40 <br />of the Municipal Code of South Bend, Indiana <br />Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, that: <br />Section 1. - Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code of South Bend, <br />Indiana (South Bend City Zoning Ordinance No. 4990) be, and the same is <br />hereby amended, supplemented and changed in Section 40 -14 and Section <br />40 -24 thereof to provide that the following described real estate located in <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: <br />Lot Numbered Fifty -seven (57) except <br />One Hundred Twenty -three and Fifty -nine <br />Hundredths feet (123, 59) off the South side, <br />in Jefferson Heights Addition to the City of <br />South Bend; <br />be and the same hereby is, changed in its Use District Regulation classification <br />from "A" Residential to "B" Residential with no change in its Height and Area <br />District classification, subject to and in accordance with the site development <br />plan as submitted with the petition to amend as filed by Jerry Claeys, Jr. and <br />Evadna Claeys, husband and wife, and Crowe, Chizek and Company by <br />Mendel Piser and Joseph Bauters, <br />Section 2 - This ordinance is to be in full force and effect from <br />and after its enactment, the approval of the Mayor, and its publication <br />according to law. <br />Section 3 - All prior ordinances affecting the above described <br />tracts of land in conflict herewith are repealed, <br />1st & 2nd READING 2 -22 -71 <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE 3 -8 -71 <br />PUBLIC HEARING 3 -8 -71 <br />3rd READING 3 -8 -71 <br />NOT APPROVED <br />REFERRED <br />�ASSEDr'3 -8 -71 <br />c�Gr �c �6t Wat'( <br />M BER OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />FILED IN CLERKS OFFICE <br />KATHRYN L.
