<br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE ANNUAL SALARIES,
<br />PAYABLE FROM THE GENERAL FUND, FOR OFFICERS
<br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO BE ELECTED
<br />FOR THE TERM COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 1972
<br />AND FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL
<br />TAKE EFFECT, AS AMENDED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
<br />SECTION I. That the following annual salaries, payable
<br />from the General Fund, are hereby fixed for the following elected
<br />officers of the City of South Bend, Indiana, effective for the
<br />elective term commencing January 1, 1972, and continuing during the
<br />years of their elective terms of office:
<br />SECTION II. The Clerk is ordered and directed to publish
<br />this Ordinance twice in a newspaper of general circulation in the
<br />English language, in this City, the first of which publications
<br />shall be at least 30 days prior to the date of the passage of this
<br />Ordinance.
<br />SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be in full force from
<br />and after its enactment, passage, and signature of the Mayo
<br />Member of the Common Vouncil
