State Road #23, 18343 South Bend Avenue Vanass;Street SITE #I REVISED ORDINANCE NO. 5246 -70 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA -1962 SECTION 40 AS AMENDED AND GENERAL ORDIN- ANCE NO. 4990 -68, AND THE ACCOMPANYING MAP THERETO, GENERALLY KNOWN AS THE SOUTH BEND ZONING ORDINANCE BY CHANGING THE CLASSIFICATION OF THE USE DISTRICT FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AS AMENDED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1: The municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, 1962, and General Ordinance No. 4990 -68 and the accompany- ing map thereto, as amended, are further amended insofar as the same relates to that certain parcel of land situate in the City of South Bend, and known and designated as: Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 38 North, Range 3 East, St. Joseph County, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of Indiana State Road No. 23 (Edwardsburg Highway) 496.21 feet Southwesterly of (as measured along said Westerly line of said Highway) the North line of the Southwest Quar- ter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 31; thence South 34 degrees 32 feet 40 inches West along said Westerly line of said highway a distance of 155.17 feet to a point; thence North 55 degrees 27 feet 20 inches West a distance of 300.0' to a point; thence North 34 deg- rees 32 feet 40 inches East a distance of 155.17 feet to a point; thence South 55 degrees 27 feet 20 inches East a distance of 300.0 feet to the point of beginning.
