Additional Appropriation $2,500.00 to Budget of the Traffic Department

C October 20, 1970 MEMO TO: Members of the City Council SUBJECT: Appropriation of Funds It is requested that.$2,500.00 be appropriated'` from the General Fund and transferred to item T -726 for purchase of "Properties ". Because of traffic signal knockdowns a great amount of signal equip- ment was.needed for repair, replacement and reconstruction. Damages have. been collected for these items in the amount of $2,688.73 as of August 1st, . 1970. However the money collected was turned into the General Fund. It is respectfully requested that consideration be given to this request since properties will have to be purchased to replace.those used. Respectfully submitted, Clem F-.
