Complex) ORDINANCE NO. 5235 -70 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO AND BRINGING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CERTAIN LANDS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1: That the following described property in St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, is hereby annexed to and brought within the City of South Bend, Indiana: A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 38 North, Range 3 East of the second principal meridian, St. Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point on the North line of said Quarter - Quarter Section 450.0 feet East of the Northwest corner thereof; thence South 000 O1' 38" West 659.36 feet to a point; thence North 89° 54' 40" East, a distance of 165.56 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence South 001 06' 02" East, a distance of 300.0 feet to a point; thence North 89° 54' 40" East, a distance of 208.5 feet to a point; thence North 00° 06' 02" West, a distance of 300.0 feet to a point; thence South 890 54' 40" West, a distance of 208.5 feet to the point of beginning; containing 1.43 acres, more or less, subject to all legal highways or rights of way.
