It is proposed that the property will be put to the <br />following use and the following building (s). will be constructed <br />(include number of dwelling units if residential) Seeley's Boot'. <br />Shop, Inc., intends purchasing the property and erecting a retail store for the <br />selling of children's shoes and allied special furnishings; occupying the <br />entire building, but possibly subleasing a portion thereof to a retail business, <br />the entire building.being approximately 60 feet by 110 feet being located <br />approximately 5 feet from the South line of the lot, but with consideration <br />being given to a lesser side yard in view of retaining wall construction and <br />difference of elevation between the adjacent side lot and the instant <br />property. <br />Number of off street parking spaces to be provided. 29 parking <br />spaces. <br />7,.
