3525 South-Michigan Avenue <br />William Farabaugh, Attorney <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5301-71 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 499'0. -68 CHAPTER 40 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FORMERLY REFERRED <br />TO AS ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 AS AMENDED <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />Section 1. <br />That Zoning Ordinance No. 49990 -68 Chapter 40 of the <br />Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, formerly known <br />as Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, be and the same is hereby amended <br />and supplemented by changing the zoning classification of the <br />following described property from "B" Residence District to "C" <br />Commercial District, subject to site plan attached hereto: <br />Lots numbered 4, 5 and 6 of John E.
